Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For example, if payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card through the merchant's payment gateway. This applies to all payment modes.

If the delivered product does not match your order, you may request a refund within 7 working days of delivery. Refunds will be initiated upon verification and processed as per the bank's standard turnaround time (TAT).
