All sales of standard steel almirahs and other furniture are final and non-refundable upon delivery, except as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects or transit damage reported at the time of receipt with photographic evidence.
Refunds, if approved after inspection, will be processed to the original payment method within 45 business days, limited to the principal amount excluding gateway fees, service charges, or taxes.
Customers must carefully inspect the product upon delivery. To qualify for a refund, any damage, defects, or paint issues must be reported before signing the feedback form. Failure to report issues immediately will forfeit refund eligibility.
Orders confirmed and processed for payment cannot be cancelled post-confirmation, except where required by law; no cancellation charges apply to customers if the seller unilaterally cancels.
Pre-dispatch cancellations requested via companystore@trivenialmirah.com or +91 8874208130 may be considered at seller discretion, subject to non-refund of processing fees.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
Exchanges are not offered for standard products, except for transit damage verified postinspection at delivery; customers must refuse or note damage on the delivery document.
No exchanges for change of mind, size, or preference; replacements for defects follow refund timelines.
All disputes arising from purchases shall first be addressed through Triveni Almirah's Grievance Officer at customercare@trivenialmirah.com, with acknowledgment within 48 hours and resolution within one month per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Unresolved disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi/NCR, governed by Indian laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triveni Almirah and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Site, products, or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
